Our 4 bee colonies have collected around 20 kg and our young beekeeper harvested, extracted and bottled it last week. <br\/><br\/>Our employees enjoyed it today. And I&#8217;ve just tasted the honey with my afternoon cappuccino on a freshly baked spelt baguette. <br\/><br\/>What can I say?
