It’s here, the first honey of 2025. Our 4 bee colonies have collected around 20 kg and our young beekeeper harvested, extracted and bottled it last week.
Our employees enjoyed it today. And I’ve just tasted the honey with my afternoon cappuccino on a freshly baked spelt baguette.
