We are very fortunate to have three successors waiting in the wings for our company. Fabian, Tobias and Luisa Kopp are the third generation and have decided to join the family business and continue it later. Our succession process is designed to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. The “old hands” are gradually handing over responsibility and taking a step back, while the youngsters are taking on more and more of it and growing into management roles. A milestone in this planning was the appointment of Fabian Kopp as Managing Director. He has been a member of the management team together with Achim Kopp since the beginning of this year. Luisa and Tobias will also join the management team in 2025, when Achim Kopp retires from the front row.
