At the beginning of March 2025, the time had come again: after our quality management system had undergone a so-called reassessment last year, a system promotion was now due as part of the “small” audit. Michael Freund carried out the audit on behalf of the DMSZ. First, Tobias and Achim Kopp and Florian Brockmeyer gave a presentation looking back at 2024 and looking ahead to the current year.
Over the course of the day, the auditor was able to get an idea of how we manage the company, how we plan, implement, measure and monitor and how we work on continuous development. He was very satisfied and gave us high praise.
The exchange between the auditor and those responsible in our company has always been a valuable building block for the further development of our QM system.
