Once a month, I meet with our trainees for a trainee boss coaching session. And yes, the role of coach is mine. Nevertheless, the exchange with our trainees Hannes and Max was again instructive and enriching for me.
We want to develop our trainees into top specialists and top team members. We believe it is important not only to impart technical skills and abilities, but also to strengthen the young people’s personalities.
Our last coaching session was about mission statements and success factors and we talked about the tasks and characteristics of the team leader. The 90 minutes were great fun for both the trainees and myself and I am delighted with the open and honest exchange with them. With this format, I want to support our training manager team with Marc Schneider, Max Höhl and Lars Steinmann in their work and I am already looking forward to our next meeting in June.
