New machine, more power
Since 14.05.2025, another WALTER HELITRONIC MICRO has been strengthening our production – the fourth machine of this type in our company. It can be seen in the picture on the left and, like its predecessors, runs in 24/7 operation. With it, we are expanding our capacities in the area of micro tool grinding and creating additional possibilities for high-precision work in the small diameter range.
The commissioning went smoothly. The first micro-tools have barely been installed and are already on their way to the customer – clear proof of the efficiency of our team and the reliability of our processes.

Our new HELITRONIC MICRO joins a machine park that now comprises 25 CNC grinding and measuring machines. They are the backbone of our modern production – precise, powerful and perfectly tailored to the diverse requirements of our customers.
Together with the expertise of our entire team, this results in individual solutions for the highest demands: whether in aviation, medical technology, tool and mold making, the automotive industry or energy technology – we supply milling and drilling tools made of solid carbide in first-class quality. Our range is complemented by a flexible, reliable regrinding service, with which we significantly extend the service life of your tools.
